David Brammer

David has been a Director of Health West Norfolk since 2009.

As a former Police Officer in Cambridgeshire from 1980 to 1998, he joined Primary Care in 1999, and was a Practice and Business Manager in Cambridge and West Norfolk from 2004 until 2025, as well as various interim Practice Manager roles across the country during and after the pandemic. David is also a trained Case Investigator for NHS England. In his spare time, David is the Regional Councillor for the East region of NODA (National Operatic and Dramatic Association).
