Helen joined West Norfolk Health in November 2020 as Head of Operations and Transformation.
Helen has extensive experience in supporting collaborative working between Health and Social Care organisations working in the South East to develop and implement continuing health care models. Helen maintains a passion for staff support and worked as HR Director for a provider of residential and community nursing support. After moving to North London Helen worked as the CEO of a Health Care company working to support community healthcare transformation within local communities.
