How we provide back office support:
Primary Care Networks (PCNs) are the new integrated way of delivering primary and community care. For example, we help employ staff, manage the funds on behalf of the PCN and specialise in administrative, project management and leadership support to the PCN for those who request it.
For all PCNs. We support the design and implementation of locality-wide models where
co-ordination between PCNs is important, such as social prescribing, or forming the
Multi- Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) required to deliver the new Enhanced Health in Care Home service.
For PCNs who require additional back office support. We provide the much-needed infrastructure to support the level of collaboration required and being asked of networks of GP practices. These are some of the services we offer:
- IT implementation

- Workforce recruitment and line management
- Project management
- Administration
